Personal Consultations:

These uniquely prepare witnesses for giving legal testimony in depositions, trials, arbitrations and other legal appearances. Each session is specifically and personally customized, whether for a plantiff, defendant or non-party witness.  The meeting(s) can take place in-person, via Skype video call (requires a webcam**) and/or by using a regular phone. 

Types of cases include family law, civil, criminal, personal injury, business, as well as others.

When hired by an attorney, the initial preparation begins with consultation between attorney and Rama, either over the phone or in person.  This insures each session is consistent with instructions from counsel. After sessions with a witness, a post-meeting phone conference with counsel occurs to discuss observations and recommendations.

Sessions can be a minimum of two hours, a half-day, a whole day or multiple days.  After the initial 2-hour minimum, hourly consultations are available.  Out-of-town sessions are also offered, either over the phone or by Rama traveling to location.

When Rama is hired by legal counsel, the sessions are protected by the confidentiality rules of attorney work product.*  Non-party witness sessions are not protected by attorney-client confidentiality privilege, unless the non-party witness has hired their own attorney, who has then hired Rama.
